Goldman Sachs has officially launched a generative AI-powered assistant throughout the company, following a successful trial with around 10,000 employees. Announced via an internal memo, the GS AI Assistant is designed to support staff with summarizing documents, drafting content, and conducting data analysis, thereby improving productivity and efficiency. The move places Goldman Sachs among other major banks like Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America, all of which have implemented similar AI tools to streamline operations and support employees in daily tasks.
