Amazon unveiled a suite of AI-enabled tools aimed at de-risking and speeding up new product launches for third-party sellers. The company is upgrading its Opportunity Explorer with AI that surfaces unmet demand and niche opportunities, adding a regional, low-inventory launch option to preserve fast delivery while reducing upfront costs, and expanding its Vine program to seed photo and video reviews earlier. New shoppable A+ Content embeds “add to cart” and deal callouts into brand pages, and a Product Performance Spotlight provides real-time coaching on inventory and advertising. Amazon said Vine reviews have historically lifted sales of new products by up to 30%, and it is also introducing an agentic, Bedrock-powered Seller Assistant. The push underscores Amazon’s effort to keep small businesses and brands engaged on its platform amid intensifying competition in e-commerce and AI.
