Harvey, a San Francisco-based legal tech startup employing artificial intelligence, has attained $100 million in annual recurring revenue within three years of its founding. The firm, spearheaded by ex-lawyer Winston Weinberg and ex-Google DeepMind scientist Gabe Pereyra, provides AI-powered solutions for legal research, drafting, and due diligence to over 500 clients, including Comcast. Backed by more than $800 million from investors such as Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia Capital, Harvey’s meteoric growth is attributed to a sharp rise in user adoption and rapid scaling. The company, named after a character from the legal drama “Suits,” is now eyeing international expansion and reinforcing its executive team as the broader legal industry accelerates adoption of generative AI tools.
