Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest intensified its tilt toward artificial intelligence and infrastructure, buying roughly $29.9 million of Cloudflare after the stock rallied on strong second-quarter results and outlook, and $26.9 million of Nvidia across multiple ETFs. Ark also added about $24.5 million of Cerebras Systems, $23 million of Rocket Lab and $16.7 million of Broadcom, alongside a $9.7 million increase in Teradyne. To fund the shift, Ark sold approximately $59.9 million of Deere, trimmed $22.8 million of Shopify and $11.7 million of Palantir, and pared positions in Snowflake, Caterpillar and several biotech names. The moves underscore a more concentrated bet on AI computing capacity, networking and space, even as tech valuations remain elevated. Investors should watch whether revenue growth and operating leverage at Cloudflare materialize, and whether hyperscaler capex and AI financing—highlighted by Nvidia’s work with lenders on up to $500 billion of infrastructure—can sustain premium multiples.
