A study commissioned by Henley Business School and involving more than 4,500 UK employees across nearly 30 sectors found that while most workers are optimistic about the advancements of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, a majority also feel overwhelmed by the rapid pace of AI development. The report reveals that many workers do not feel equipped to effectively use AI, citing insufficient employer support and a lack of training as major concerns. Professor Keiichi Nakata emphasizes the need for better training and clear company policies to ensure workers can benefit from AI, potentially leading to improvements in job satisfaction and business efficiency.
