The tests showcased unmanned aircraft capable of tracking, monitoring, and attacking targets with new AI technology, and included both tactical attack and intelligence-gathering drones. Kim also inspected a newly revealed early warning and reconnaissance aircraft. The developments come as South Korea warns of increased military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, including troop and weapons transfers to support Russia’s war in Ukraine.
