NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) and Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: DSY.PA) unveiled a long-term pact to build an industrial AI platform that fuses NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and open models with Dassault’s virtual twin technology. The partners aim to create “science-validated” world models and AI-powered “virtual companions” embedded in Dassault’s 3DEXPERIENCE platform, pitching the system as a mission-critical backbone for sectors from biology and materials to engineering and factory operations. Dassault’s OUTSCALE unit will deploy NVIDIA-powered AI factories across three continents to run models with data sovereignty and IP protections, while NVIDIA said it will use Dassault’s model-based systems engineering to design its next-gen Rubin platform and scale AI factory deployments via Omniverse DSX. Early use cases span drug discovery with BioNeMo, physics-informed design via CUDA-X, and autonomous, software-defined production systems. Executives from Bel Group, OMRON, Lucid and NIAR cited gains in speed, predictability and compliance. The announcement, made at 3DEXPERIENCE World, underscores NVIDIA’s push into “physical AI” and Dassault’s effort to turn virtual twins into operational systems of record. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
