Microsoft Thailand and the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand wrapped a months-long AI training and hiring pipeline aimed at bolstering the country’s “New S‑Curve” industries. Running February–May 2026, the initiative moved 444 learners through foundational coursework, culled 93 finalists from 433 concept submissions, and graduated 53 finalists who formed 12 teams for an Azure-based capstone focused on industrial digital transformation. Winning projects ranged from generative-AI property visualization to wellness tourism planning and factory predictive maintenance. Backed by Microsoft’s Elevate program, the effort is designed to align university talent with industry needs through bootcamps, governance frameworks, and post-program mentorship—part of a broader push to ready Thailand’s workforce for AI-led growth.
